Recent data has shown that Precious Sudan, Lotus Nut and Lavender Cami are our best sellers. Ms. Jaque Reid wears a combination of our fragrances which she changes as she chooses. Our line of fragrances is designed to mix and match creating a unique fragrance that works in harmony with each customer's body chemistry. We recommend that you choose a combination of fragrances that work best with your chemistry. Our sample pack is a great place to start if you are new to our brand.

What is your return/exchange policy?
NOTE: DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy offer an online store credit or credit to your form of payment. Refunds are not issued for lost, stolen or damaged goods. We encourage you to purchase Route Insurance, offered at time of purchase for $0.98. Should your order be misplaced or damaged Route will cover the full order replacement at no additional cost to you.

What is the best way to keep my products so they are fresh and long lasting?
Our body butters are free of water, making bacteria growth highly unlikely. However, in general our body products have a shelf life of 18-24 months and years when placed in a cool environment. For that reason we suggest putting unused products in the in cool place to extend their shelf life. During cold months, our butters' consistency and smoothness may shift due to its flower wax component. If you experience mild graininess towards the end of the products use carefully melt the remainder on low for about 30 seconds until liquid, cool at room temperature then place in the refrigerator. It will return to its smooth consistency again.
